What is Vitreous Floaters?
Vitreous Floaters is the first feature film from Lune de Loup, a Colorado-based production company. It deals with a small group of college students seeking identity and acceptance. The film is currently in post-production, due for release in 2005.

About the Characters
"College education" has very little to do with academics, and a lot to do with trying on identities, experimenting with morals, and realizing what you want and how to get it. A few drinks and a little romantic chaos can unleash hidden desires, feelings too strong to ignore. Rico tries to channel his longing into his art, Jill lets hers shine through her music. Baldy covers himself in layers of labels, Jack cushions himself with a lifestyle of pleasure, and Megan dreads the rejection that will surely follow if anyone discovers her secrets.

A Word from the Writer
"The script started with a few glimmers of ideas for scenes. Some of them were very emotionally intense, and others were conversational, casual. Slick writing would have come off phoney and trite, so from the very beginning I used very natural dialogue and let the characters just be themselves. I let them say what they had to say in their own words and in their own time. Even during the more intense scenes I tried to discard film clichés in favor of how real people might react. Overall, this gives the script a sense of strong emotional authenticity."
